WIREHAIRED

I enjoyed my time with he wires, and the applause for the class winners was pleasing to hear. Presentation was good. There were a couple of incorrect bites being level instead of scissor. I do like to see a wire with correct furnishings, beard and eyebrows give them their character.

MPD. (3). 1. Dible’s, Liebling Hare Comes the Boss. All quality youngster. Lovely outline. Attractive head. Has length, good topline and underline. Prominent forechest. Sound mover. 2. Davies’;s, Cempsey Sovereign. Nice in profile and sound mover. Liked the head. Good front, well placed shoulders. Good quarters. Put down well. Good coat. 3. Bonos’s, Quitrutec the Quite Man.

PD. (3). 1. Moore’s, Romanchi Beaner. Well shaped puppy. Harsh coat. Good front. Top and underline correct. Pleasing head, nice expression. Good quarters. Sound true mover. 2. Vine’s, Cishelvine Celtic Ruffian. Good head, topline ok. Well placed shoulder. Needs to grow on, immature as yet and get it together on the move.

JD. (2). 1. Derry’s, Soneve Pharoah at Andlouis. Lovely head and eye. Good length of ribbing. Excellent head. Top and underline correct. Profile excellent kept on the move. Front action sound. Good shoulder placement. 2. Collis’s, Caligari Poseiden. Not the topline of winner or the movement.

PGD. (6). 1. Burke and Manston’s, Bonavior Kellys Eye. In sparkling form. Impressed me with the overall balance. Firm body, well ribbed. Good quarters. Correct shoulder, forechest prominent. Harsh coat. Super mover which gained him RCC. 2. Davies’s, Atahira Bags the Blue. Good topline, pleasing outline. Good front. Firm topline. Moving well, nice bone. Good feet. 3. Coverley’s, Romanchi Choctaw.

LD. (9). 1. Carter’s, Romanchi Chenlia at Boglands. Loved his head and overall quality. Good front, reachy neck. Lovely topline. Underline carried well back. Moved well. Good jacket. Well presented. 2. Rollinson’s, Nosinllor Grendier. Long and low. Good body, well filled forechest. Outline excellent, sound mover. 3. Clifford’s, Brockbane Papageno with Ablebody.

OD. (7). 1. McCalmont and Hayward’s, Starbarrack Bone Apetite. Super head and reach of neck. Good firm topline. Strong quarters. Excellent angulation which produced true driving movement. Good length of stride. Impressed with overall type. Correct jacket. CC and BOB. 2. North-Row’s, Ir Ch. Silbae Hip Pip. Brindle. Good coat. Lovely outline, shoulder placement correct. A bit more forechest would improve steady mover. 3. Clifford’s, Winterstorm Symphony with Ablebody.

MPB. (7). 1. Harris and Hitchens’, Liebling Boss Anova with Ritle. Feminine head, good layback of shoulder. Correct topline and body shape. Harsh coat. Movement free and true. 2. Gordon’s, Cempsey Florine. Attractive head, nice expression. Sound in movement. Good feet. Nice body, excellent coat. Well presented. 3. Locksmith’s, Abbeydac Angelica. PB. (2). 1. Vine’s, Cishalvine Country Girl. Brindle, pleasing outline. Nice head, good quarters. Needs time to settle in movement.

JB. (8). 1. Edge’s, Schutzewald Georgie. Well balanced super outline. Nice lay of shoulder. Correctly made all through. Presented well. Good wire jacket. 2. Pughe and Fraser’s, Ritterburg Star Turn at Baystock. Long low and level. Well ribbed. Short loin, sound quarters. Neat hocks. A true mover. 3. Higgott’s, Soneve Phoebe of Elation.

PGB. (6). 1. Poulter and MacDonald’s, Manklelly Kelsey Rose. Feminine head, nice expression. Reachy neck, good shoulder placement. Sound strong quarters. Harsh coat. Outline on the move correct. When she matures should do really well. 2. Edge’s, Schutzenwald Georgie. 3. Probert’s, Romanchi Unami.

LB. (3). 1. Gordon’s, Cempsey Coquet JW. Full of quality in excellent coat. Outline excellent. Good front, prominent forechest. Good bone. Strode round the ring using her good quarters. 2. Gibson’s, Allfreys Genevieve. Not the outline of winner. Has good bone. Nice feet. A bit long in hock. Rises in topline and rear. 3. Mitchell’s, Wicked Dolly Girl.

OB. (10). 1. Poulter’s, Ch. Lankelly Black Bryony. So well balanced, super front and feet. Well angulated behind. Pleasing in head. Correct topline and underline. Excellent showgirl. Moved with true parallel movement. 2. Ferguson’s, Allfreys Rainbow at Teaselwood. Has the length and lowness. Good overall type. Topline good and she has good angulation. Well coated and presented. 3. Ryder’s, Sonic Knight Sky to Jacker.
