LONG HAIRED

No CCs on offer for this variety but it was a great pleasure to have some good ones to go over including a number of champions. JD (2) 1 Roberts' Bronia Major Blink Swansford, handsome 18 months dog, attractive head, good bone & forehand, good long stride. Needs to firm up in front movement. Good topline, very good defiant head carriage; 2 Chapman's Marshwick Moonlight Dream via Melminds, masculine 17 months dog, good head proportions but skull could be slightly more refined. Good bone & topline. Would prefer more width through front. Stepped out OK. PGD (3): 1 Geeson's Abydachs Incantation, well balanced dog of good size & stamp, good width through front. Would prefer slightly less stop. Good topline & quarters, long stride; 2 Fossett's Melminds Method In Madness, masculine houndy dog. Longer head than 1 but not his width through front. Good bone, shoulders could be slightly smoother. Nice quarters, held topline well on move; 3 Chapman's Melminds Montary Jack. LD (1) 1 Wardle's Ranglewood Euphrasia at Dystelegh, showy dog, outgoing temperament, moved with good stride & purpose. Would prefer a shade more elegance all through. Good shoulders & keel, sound mover. OD (3) 1 BD & BOB, Oxley's Ch Owlery Valentine, well balanced dog, long head, good underjaw, scored highly on his shapely outline which he maintained on the move, one of the few to do so. Good forehand & quarters, head held high, moved with drive, good width to fore & aft movement; 2 RBD, Geeson's Ch Abydachs Oh What A Knight, quality dog, glamorous, good bone & forehand, very firm at elbow. Topline sloped away at times. Nice quarters, sound mover; 3 Mitchell's Ch Bronia Patriarch. PB (1) 1 BP, Mitchell's Bronia Devil Woman, 9 months feminine bitch, long head, good forehand & topline, tight feet. Would prefer slightly better expression. Good ribbing, moved with purpose, delighted to see her win BPIS, very promising. JB (2, 1) 1 McNaughton's Bronia Fascination, quality 12 months bitch, attractive long head, feminine expression, dark eye. A shade leggy at this stage. Nice quarters, stepped out well. PGB (1) Wedge's Dolans Night Away, ultra feminine bitch, long head, dark eyes, quite long but stood a shade high in rear. Positive mover behind, quite good stride. LB (3) 1 Geeson's RBB, Abydachs Intrigue, well balanced bitch of nice stamp & size, feminine expression. Would prefer slightly better eye shape. Good forehand & topline, stepped out well; 2 Boyle & Barrow's Zarcrest Special Effects for Frankanwen, well presented bitch, long head & neck. A shade high in rear on the move. Good forehand & quarters; 3 Roberts' Swansford Burburydora. OB (4,1) 1, BB & RBOB, Mitchell's Ch Bronia Carmelita, top quality bitch, low to ground, lovely head & expression, dark eye of good shape, long neck, tight feet, good shoulder & quarters. Moved a shade close behind. Stepped out well, dam of the BP; Boyle's Zarcrest Oh Gosh I'm Posh, very typical bitch of good size & stamp, feminine head of good length, attractive expression. Good forehand & bone. Tended to crab slightly on the move. Good quarters, head held high; 3 Oxley's Owlery Czarina.
