I would like to thank the committee for inviting me to judge Miniature Wires at this show. Unfortunately, since the last time I judged, the breed’s front and rear movement has declined. On a positive note, coats have improved and all temperaments were OK. Pleased to see my CC winners are cousins from the same kennel. VD (2) 1 Mills-Jones Ch Carlita Sunrise JW Masculine dog, good head, long length of neck, well ribbed, moved soundly with lovely outline BVIB. 2 No Name Given Correct head and eye, level topline, well angulated hindquarters, hind movement not as good as 1. MPD (1) 1 Kilroy Janacop Sweet Child Of Mine Red puppy, lovely type, good head and eye, long length of neck, well ribbed, correct front assembly, lovely outline stacked and on the move BPIB RCC. PD (3,1wd) 1 Winner of MP. 2 Fowler Kallosphil Orion Another nice baby, very immature, correct front, well ribbed, nice outline, needs time to settle on the move. JD (3,1) 1 Stephenson Wistex Perfect Storm Good head and expression, long neck, well laid shoulders, well ribbed, moved well. 2 Hayward Foxearth Frank Zappa Masculine head, long neck, good outline, good bone and feet, moved well. OD (9,1) 1 Corominas Ch Almarxils Diego For Ruichango JW (Imp Spain) Red dog which caught my eye when entering the ring, masculine head, correct eye, long neck, good front assembly, well ribbed, harsh coat, lovely outline while standing and on the move, true mover CC and BOS. 2 Mills-Jones Bimini Moonrise At Carlita Another smart dog, pleasing head, well placed shoulders, ribs well back, good feet and mover. VB (3) 1 Sexton Byabye Buongiorno Well made front and hindquarters, pleasing topline, moved well. 2 Macfarlan Granhoward Lilly Good neck, ribbing OK, nice outline, moved well. MPB (4,3) 1 Coveney Templestow Margareta Very much a baby, feminine head, good coat, good ribbing, very excitable on the move. PB (7,2) 1 Crossman & Kennedy Moonshe Bee Delightful Very immature, nice head and eye, long neck, good ribbing, moved well. 2 Mullen Rozelle Buffalo Gal Red girl, very friendly, feminine head, well ribbed, harsh coat with a good outline. JB (3,1) 1 Crossman Moonshee Bee Licious Feminine head, good eye, long neck, correct shoulders, level topline held on the move. 2 Procter Farnmeister Fauna Good head and neck, harsh jacket, moved OK, could be a little better behind. YB (4,1) 1 Kirkwood-Emery Helydon Xeptional Xaya JW Feminine head, correct eye, good reach of neck into well laid back shoulders, well ribbed, true mover, lovely outline. 2 Hayward Foxearth Time Fly’s Feminine head, good length of neck, well placed shoulders, good rear movement. PGB (9,1) 1 Rose Merryline Martha With Rosencrantz JW Good head and neck, correct front, well ribbed, moved well. 2 Whitehouse Rioban Trinket Black and tan with lovely outline, pleasing front, well ribbed, moved well. LB (10,2) 1 O’Connell Almarxils Flamenco Dancer At Llennocor My star of the day, just loved her, compact bitch, feminine head, correct eye, good length of neck into well laid back shoulders, correct front assembly, well ribbed, good angulated rear which helps her drive round the ring, super topline held at all times, glided round the ring just asking for the CC and BOB, which I could not deny her. 2 Mills-Jones Bimini Moonlight Another nice bitch, just a shame she came up against 1, feminine head, long neck, good front, well ribbed, moved well. OB (5) 1 Mullen, Mullen & Rose Rozelle Kamiras Year Feminine bitch, good reach of neck, well placed shoulders, good shoulder placement, well ribbed, harsh coat, lovely outline on the move and a true mover RCC. 2 Kirkwood-Emery Ch Helydon Tartan Talula JW Stylish bitch, good head and expression, covers ground well, good bone, lovely mover.
