Thank you to the exhibitors for bringing such super exhibits, the OD class in particular was such a strong class, I was delighted with my main winners and pleased to see so many young puppies of good quality.  Thanks to the Officers and Committee of Leeds for the opportunity to award my first set of Dachshund tickets, it was an honour.  Huge thanks to the stewards for keeping the ring moving so efficiently, I had a brilliant morning.

1st: 424 HOLMES, Mrs Debbie Debiandaxies Derry Girl, sh/r 11 month old young lady, very feminine head, eye nice and tight and dark, well set, not too prominent, pleasing overall outline, nicely balanced with good angulation, pleasing width of chest and well muscled, moved very well.  Pleased to see her awarded SB Group 3.
2nd: 401 BOSWORTH, Mrs Louise Bronia Solange At Louromi, 9 month old sh/r girl, developing very well, head coming along, pleasing angulation and balance, holds topline, lovely keel, nice tight feet, little longer than first, moved very well, pretty girl.

2nd: 443 SMALL, Miss Karis Jade Marvale Sparrowhawk For Devondax, another 6 month old, liked his head, keeping that true hound look, well set ear, nice tight eye, level topline standing, well ribbed, good bone and moved well, just a little looser through topline on move, two lovely puppies.

2nd: 427 KENT, Mrs Yvonne Lokmadi Charles Rex, 16 month old red, such a lovely overall shape to this boy, very good keel, pleasing bone, nice and level through topline, neat underline and another moving out well.

1st: 412 GITTINS, Mrs Tanya Boomerloo's Robin, 2 year old b/t, won this class on movement, head a little short, well set ear, pleasing dark eye, skull good, nice keel and good length of leg, lovely and strong through topline and good underline, stands well to rear.
2nd: 432 METCALFE-BILGIN, Mrs S Metadale Aloysius, 2 year old red, preferred this boys head, good front, pleasing topline and underline, really good overall body shape, just seemed to be throwing a rear leg out on the move today.
