I would like to extend a huge thank you to the West of England Ladies’ Kennel Society for inviting me to judge at their CH Show. I would also like to thank all the exhibitors for their entry. I had a wonderful day and there were many quality dogs to go over. In addition, I would like to extend a huge thank you to my very efficient stewards who made my job so much easier.

A couple of observations; the grass could have been shorter especially for the youngsters. The majority of the dogs were well turned out and in good condition. There were some dirty teeth, especially when you looked further in on the sides. There was a lack of ground clearance due to depth of chest, and also excessive wrinkles on legs. It was pleasant to see that most exhibits were of the correct size and weight.
