An excellent entry. Thank you to all
exhibitors.
PD (9, 3) 1 Roberts’ Denver Midnight Sun. Quality red dog, lovely type,
excellent front assembly, lovely head and length of neck, long ribbing, good
hind angulation with strong quarters, stylish and sound on the move. BPD, Res
BD. 2 Salisbury’s Barratini Aston Martin. Black and tan of different type,
compact and low to ground, excellent front assembly with tight elbows, long
ribbing, rounded meaty quarters, with good angles, moved well for one so young,
liked him a lot. Not as confident as one. 3 Bursey’s Rodley Black Jack.
PGD(4) 1 Coxon’s D’arisca Speed Dating. Lovely shaded red with
prominent front and tight elbows, good ribbing, sound meaty quarters, level
topline, moved soundly. 2 Mortlock’s Siouxline Magnus At Hertsmerry. Black and
tan with sound construction, lovely head, elegant neck, well muscled quarters,
not as positive on the move as one. 3 Perkins’ Rugdash Old John.
OD(7, 1) 1 Melbourne’s Post Hac Meliora. Quality black and tan,
prominent front, tight feet, strong neck, good lay of shoulder, long ribbing,
well let down meaty quarters which he used on the move with sound driving
positive action, keeping a firm topline. BD. 2 Skuker’s Yewlitt Xerox. Quality
shaded red I have judged before, he has sound overall construction, but today
lacked the drive and enthusiasm I was looking for. 3 Dunn’s Barratini Look
Lively At Ashridge.
PB(11, 1) 1 Robinson’s D’arisca Barratini Bouquet. Elegant black and
tan who oozes quality, lovely head, sound front, long neck, ribs going well
back, very good hind angulation, well rounded quarters which she used so
confidently on the move, went round the ring as if she owned it! Wish she was
mine! BP, BOB. 2 Dunn’s Bronia Golly Miss Molly At Ashridge. Another lovely
puppy, so well made with lovely head and excellent front, good ribbing and well
let down quarters, moving soundly but not as settled as one today, has time on
her side. I am sure she will trouble the best. 3 Scott’s Belazieth Bonny Lass At
Wolferlow.
PGB(11, 5) 1 Walker’s Brianolf Mystical Gem For Dorenian. Well made
red, whose head is not her fortune, lovely front construction, good ribbing,
well let down strong muscled quarters, moved well with drive, keeping her
topline. 2 Kerry’s Sanmick One And Sixpence From Kiriton. Lovely head, prominent
front, long neck, well laid shoulder and good ribbing, moved well. 3 Dakin’s
Barratini Daneka.
OB(7, 2) 1 Shelton’s Barisse Spellbinder. Quality black and tan I
judged as a puppy, has matured well, so sound, excellent in front, elegant neck,
ribbed well back, strong meaty quarters with good hind angles, moved soundly
with purpose and drive. RBB. 2 Ergis’ Siouxline Evangelina. Another quality
bitch with lovely head, elegant neck, well ribbed, full rounded well let down
quarters, stylish mover, not as positive today on the move as one. 3 Callow’s
Garthorne Gazania.
