WIREHAIRED

PD (4,1) 1 Vine’s Cishelvine Tsunami. 6 month old baby shown in his vest. Beautiful head and expression. Nice clean line over the shoulder, good legs and feet. Sound mover. 2 North-Row’s Barmaud Jacob. Masculine pup, shown in excellent coat and condition. Strong quarters which he used well. 3 Robinson’s Cempsey Leading Light. JD (4) 1 and Res CC, Clifford’s Ablebody Rock n Roll. Lovely type, so well balanced. Lovely front and one of the few exhibits on the day to have good feet. To finish the picture his coat needs some attention. Scored here on his feet and muscular condition. 2 Phillips’ Tendrow Special Edition. Looks nice in profile standing and moving. Nice head and neck and moved well coming and going. 3 Lever’s Wirelinc Standing for Gold at Reveldown. ND (1) 1 Smith’s Elaton Forever Freddie. Lovely head and expression. Excellent coat, nice clean legs. Plenty of forechest. In really hard condition, his hind action let him down in the previous class. LD (6,1) 1 Harris’ Ritlo Shooting Star. Built on really clean lines. Lovely head and neck and again, one of the few with good feet. He has plenty of forechest and is well ribbed. Scored here on good front movement and was also true behind. 2 Borman’s Sonic Pickpocket. Nice all round hound. Lovely head and expression, very sound and covered the ground well. 3 Coverly’s Romanchi Choctaw. OD (7,4) 1 and CC, North Row’s Liebling Cross the Pond to Barmaud. Beautiful head, neck and front construction. Strong topline and well rounded quarters. It would be easy to penalise him for flagging his tail, but his adherence to breed type, bone, construction and correct movement made him an easy winner for me. 2 Moores’ Ch & Ir Ch Raydachs Tom Cruisen On. Elegant hound with a lovely head and neck. Plenty of forechest, good outline which he keeps standing and moving. Moved out well. Would like to see him carrying more condition. 3 Clifford’s Winterstorm Symphony with Ablebody. PB (4,3) 1 and Best Puppy, North-Row’s Barmaud Jessica. Promsing puppy. Lovely dark eye and a nice head. Good neck and shoulder. Well ribbed, moved freely covering the ground well. JB (7) 1 Vine’s Cishelvine Ocean Dream. Nice bitch in profile, good head and neck and plenty of forechest. Excellent behind. Lovely temperament. Yes, I would like a better lay of shoulder and tighter feet, but this was not the strongest of classes. 2 Clifford’s Ablebody Pasadoble. Like all the reds on the day she was so well balanced and had the best of fronts. Ribbing has width as well as length. Strong quarters. Sadly, half way through a hair do! 3 Bates’ Derochaise Picardie. NB (2,1) 1 Bates’ Watermans Martha of Derochaise. Lovely head and neck and really nice legs and feet. Strong topline, excellent coat. A joy to see on the move. PGB (4) 1 Martha of D. 2 Hitchens’ Ashina Jean at Trixhund. Very elegant on the move and keeps her lovely lines at all times. Very well ribbed. Shown in lovely coat and condition. Moves well in profile and behind. 3 Pattons’ Leiebling Ponder on Me. LB (5,1) 1 and Res CC, Harris’ Ritlo Be Dazzler. Stunning is what my tape says. Again so well balanced. Lovely head but her eye could be darker. Excellent coat and condition. By far the best front construction and hence front movement in the class. Scored her also in topline. 2 North-Row’s Barmaud Rita Hayworth. Nice head and expression. Moved out well. Harsh jacket. 3 Seath’s Sunsong Frankly Speaking. OB (3,1) 1 CC and BOB, Phillips’ Ch Saxonbury Playday at Tendrow. ‘Lovely’ describes this bitch all through. Size, balance, coat, construction and movement and probably the best hind action I saw on the day. 2 Patton’s Audleys Road to Lesandnic. Lovely head and neck, strong topline. Well ribbed. She covered the ground well but was not as true as my winner coming and going.
