JD (1) 1 Kerry’s Kireton Beau Diddley, smart, very sound & precise moving. Liked his head & broad jaws. Eyes a bit weepy, good neck & shoulders. A little long cast maybe, but holds a good firm backline. Excellent quarters, tail a bit too jolly. YD (1) 1 McNaughton’s Carper Ag von Nordor, nicely balanced height to length ratio, really clean outline & holds himself proudly. He was a little upset at the noisy hall. Pleasing lengthy head, good neck, excellent profile mover. A touch wide coming towards as yet. Very promising youngster. PGD (3,1a) 1 Starkey’s Carpaccio Topic Of The Day is Hamoura, smart & full of confidence, good size, lovely ribbing. Feet could be better & tailset a wee bit high. Pleasing head & a lovely rich colour chocolate. Moved better in rear than 2. Excellent type; 2 Hunt’s Carpaccio Trouble In Store, bigger all through, he does have better feet than winner, but is a bit too elbowy & needs more width across the quarters. Super body & ribbing carried well back. In good coat. LD (8,3) 1 RCC, Seago & Gibbard’s Amlida Spirit, nicely balanced choc, of good size & outline. Liked his head & length of foreface, with strong jaws. Good length to upper arm, An excellent sound dog with great deal of breed type. Well up to champion status; 2 Williams & Moes’ Cwmdarhian San Andreas, slightly lower & longer, & he has a lot of loose skin to grow into. OK in head, pretty good front, bone & feet. Legs very wrinkled though. Good temperament, neat rear. Can still widen in ribbing but is still a youngster, so has time; 3 McDonald’s Jagies Nabuclo at Bensarka. OD (7) 1 CC, BOB & RBIS, Armstrong’s Ch Lauralee Nicholas Nickleby, a good class! Winner could have been a mite more forthcoming towards me, but it was terrifically noisy. A lovely boy, sweeping outline, excellent condition body wise, & very well muscled throughout. Well boned with big tight feet. Sweeping ribbing, firm loin & typy head. Really moved well all round; 2 Higgins’ Ch Leveliss Saucy Sailor, very smart & holding himself beautifully on the move in profile. Has a tendency to move a touch close going away, otherwise close up to above. In super body & muscletone which I appreciated; 3 Norton’s Matzell Man Of The Match. VD (2,1) 1 McDonald’s Carpaccio Black Out at Bensarka, 11 years old, in fine form, liked his head & eye, neat ears, nicely set up on the skull & not too long. Good neck, clean legs & good feet for age. A touch flat in back perhaps. Moved precisely up & down, in super coat & body for age.

MPB (4) 1 BP & RCC, Norton’s Matzell Myrtle, smart puppy, full of herself which was lovely to see. Pleasing head & neck, a touch too deep in forechest at the moment, but I expect her to firm up with age. Nice proportions of height to length, good mover & covers the ground well for such a baby; 2 Hone’s Oxondachs Topaz, looser & rather fat, needs to grow into her skin somewhat, she moves nicely, has good broad jaw, where she beat the third. Also a great character which is encouraging; 3 Stringfellow’s Oxondachs Amethyst at Silvatica. PB (5) 1 Hunt’s Lauralee Miss Marple at Carpaccio, promising but all three were really not enjoying themselves. Winner a touch long in back, excellent front & rear movement & attractive head, good bone for size; 2 Higgins’ Leveliss Gaudete, liked her outline the best but she was a bit nervous on the table, & needs to get more confidence. Well muscled, true & precise mover & correct backline; 3 Armstrong’s Lauralee Girl Crush. JB (3) 1 Seago & Gibbard’s Amlida Asintended, winner very happy but throws her front around moving! Feet & bone could be better maybe. Lacks strength in foreface but nicely set eyes, good neck, reasonable front, well muscled for age; 2 Kerry’s Kireton Daisy Belle, better strength in foreface but not so precise moving & loses her topline in profile. In fine coat, well muscled, really promising but still needs time; 3 Lucas’ Cwmdarhian Summer Nights. YB (3,1) 1 Andison & Peel’s Clentry Red Hot N Smoking, teeth could be better aligned. I liked her type & she does have quality. Lovely head, neck & front. Correct body proportions & sound rear. Well set & carried tail. Very nice overall; 2 Lucas’ Cwmdarhian Summer Nights, very fat & down at the front, with a few pounds off I think she would be much improved. PGB (3,1) 1 Alton’s Kiersha That’s Show Bizness, very pleasing indeed. Deep choc with excellent front & upper arm. Liked her head & eyeset. Good backline & well ribbed & strong loin. A touch long in hocks maybe. tailset & carried well & a strong mover all ways; 2 Jones’ Adnerbs Lexi Get Fizzical, lighter all through & not the muscletone of winner. Very narrow between the forelegs. She has a beautiful outline in profile movement which she keeps impeccably. Good coat, pigment & colour is very rich. LB (10,5) 1 Williams & Moes’ Cwmdarhian Hot Off The Press, excellent size & lovely outgoing temperament, keeps her topline in profile movement, good front & ribbing, could be a little stronger in rear as her thighs are rather too long. In good condition & body; 2 McDonald’s Bensarka Sarabi, also good temperament, pleasing overall proportions but not keeping her topline as well as above, & inclined to dip in back & rise over croup. Good size, not over big with excellent bone & tidy feet; 3 Burke & Manston’s Bonavoir Nulli Secunda. OB (8,3) 1 CC, Williams & Moes’ Ch Hampdach Merinda, nicely balanced height to length ratio, not overlong in loin & she has a good front & ever wagging tail. Firm backline & a good attitude. A nice quality s/s all through. Moving well in this noisy slippy floored hall; 2 Bennett’s Shardaroba’s Dream Baby, a little heavier, but also has an immaculate front & good upper arm. OK in topline & rear & well ribbed back. Feet could be tighter perhaps. In lovely coat & muscle; 3 Seago & Gibbard’s Ch Amlida Evora. VB (3,1) 1 BVIS, Norton’s Ch Matzell Mildred, two lovely oldies! Winner has the most impressive head & front construction. Shoulders set well back, OK in quarters, excellent bone & feet. Just a touch purposeful going around, as if she was determined to do it! Very true up & down. BV; 2 Turner’s Marictur Moulin Rouge, not the head of winner or her reach of neck. Super temperament & waggy tail. In beautiful body & holding her topline well.
