It is lovely to see the size coming down and the quality is improving. Thank you to the exhibitors for their entries and being patient with me today, I am pleased to report my voice has reappeared. I hope in the next generation the quality continues to improve. It was a pleasure to have had hands on some lovely dogs.

I like both of these, could have gone either way.
1st Garlicks Ranglewood Arashi shaded red, I've judged him before, he΄s of the correct size, nicely balanced, handsome head, dark eyes, good reach of neck into reasonable front construction. Good rib length carried back into strong loin kept top line on the move. Had lovely coat, presented well. I would have liked better let down onto quarters, today he moved better than 2nd. Best Vet.
2nd Hirsts Rangelwood Lantana at Kejana Black and tan, a little bigger than 1st, similar remarks apply. Lovely to go over, I preferred his rear to winner he just didn`t extend as well as he could of. He had slightly thicker coat than winner. Both dogs lovely to go over.

1st Roberts Swansford Prestonador 10 months old, didn't suit the flooring had erratic movement, otherwise a nice puppy, a lot to like and will mature well in time. PD

1st Vincent Gainscroft Dashing Dudly Shaded red 18 months correct size, good strong masculine head, correctly set ears, dark almond shaped eyes. Moved and showed well, should have a good future.

1st Burke Bonavoir Secret Assignment RIP Black and tan correct size, good strong masculine head, correctly set ears, dark almond shaped eyes. Lovely reach of neck into well constructed front, nice tight feet with dark nails. Good rib length, carried well back into strong loin and sound hind quarters which he used. Moved and showed well. 2nd Eve Sundayshill Benedict Shaded red, I prefered the overall balance of winner and movement, nice to go over, just moved close behind. He enjoyed his outing.

1st Roberts CH Swansford Gregorydor Shaded red, preferred front and rear actions to the second. Masculine head, correct shaped eyes, lovely reach of neck into good front, well placed shoulders, ribbing well sprung and carried back into strong loin. Pleasure to go over RDCC.
2nd Geeson CH Abydachs Rutern Of The Night Shaded red, preferred front and rear actions of winner today. Very similar to winner, just lost out on movement today. Masculine head, correct shaped eyes, lovely reach of neck into good front, well laid shoulders, ribbing well sprung and carried back into strong loin. Pleasure to go over. Well presented.

Good rib length, carried well back into strong loin and sound hind quarters
What an honour and privilege to award my first set of ccs in dachshunds at a club show. My thanks to the officers and committee for a well organised show. May I also thank my steward Mr I Seath who kept the ring running smoothly.

Black and Tan baby at her first show. Acquitted herself impeccably. A quality puppy who when mature will trouble the best. Long conical head, scissor bite and dark eye. Correct front and good keel. Stood on good feet, well ribbed. Correct rear, moved well both ways with good propultion.
2nd Eves Sundayshill Savannah
Red, lovely head, almond eye. Strong jaw, nice neck and shoulders. She carried a level topline on the move. Moved well in front and has good bone and feet.
3rd Garlicks Ranglewood Heilen
Nice puppy, with good head and a dark eye. Lovely through the shoulders and has a good keel. Carried a level topline on the move. Just needs time to settle but this will come.

Beautiful hound who won a close class on better ribbing. Correct head proportions, scissor bite and strong jaw. Lovely through the neck and shoulders. Good keel. Short loin, oval thorax and correct ground clearance. Lovely hindquarters, strong and well muscled, giving good drive. Good feet. Moved well both ways holding a level topline.

Another lovely dachshund, Nice head and correct ears. Almond eye. Correct pigmentation. Nice neck and shoulders. Level topline and good rear. Good mover covering ground with ease. Good body proportions and height ratio.
3rd Garlicks Kyrenia queens request with Ranglewood
Completed a trio of nice bitches. Just a little unsettled today. Conical head of correct proportions. Scissor bite. Tight elbows, good keel, moved well both ways. Noice coat and condtion. Nice rear and good bone.

Quality dachshund in gleaming coat and condition. Good head, strong jaw, dark eye. Lovely neck into good shoulders. Tight elbows, level topline and good ribbing. Good hindquarters and well let down hocks. Moved well both ways with good extension.
