t’s a while since I judged this breed & it’s so nice to see the size coming down, not so big & heavy, I had some lovely dogs to go over that could easily change places. All coats were clean & in good condition.

MPD (1) 1 Rodrigues’ Darsoms Zydexta, 9 months male, masculine head, good length of neck, front & feet, well off for bone & well ribbed, still a baby which showed on the move. PD (2,1a) 1 Garlick’s Ranglewood Mcnab, b/t, 11 months boy with conical head onto lovely length of neck, well placed shoulders, good front & well ribbed back, good quarters, a little erratic on the move, this will come with maturity. JD (1) 1 Roberts’ Swansford Grantador, loved his head & expression, well bodied, good front & rear angulation, well ribbed up, well muscled, lovely flowing lines on the move. RBD. PGD (4,1) 1 Dare’s Darsoms Zamson, loved this boy on entering the ring, he has presence, loved his shape & overall balance, masculine head, lovely neck into well placed shoulders, prominent forechest. Ribbing well back, strong well muscled quarters which showed on the move, powered round the ring, true fore & aft, this won him BD, just lost out to his kennelmate for BOB; 2 Street’s Ranglewood Lawsonia, slightly heavier dog, well boned & good coat, nice head & eye, good strong body, moved out well; 3 Rodrigues’ Darsoms Zantor. OD (4) 1 Dare’s Darsoms Zimbro, another nice dog from this kennel, so very typy ,liked him a lot, has all the qualities of my BD winner, just did not have the sparkle & drive, very well presented & balanced; 2 Geeson’s Abydach Seize The Night, another quality dog, not much between these two, well balanced dog that is well bodied & has plenty of drive. It came to nitpicking in the end, just preferred the head on my winner; 3 Lewis’ Trixhund Euphoria. VD 1 Sutton’s Damai Master Benedict, at just under 12 years this boy is in great condition, perfect teeth, lovely head, neck & shoulders, well ribbed, strong quarters, moved out well for his age, still had a spring in his step. BV.

MPB (5,3) 1 Sutton & Pankhurst’s Lillia Rose at Damai, very much a baby, loved her head & expression, good length of neck front & feet, well ribbed, nice angulated quarters, needs to settle on the move, this will come with maturity; 2 Broad’s Metadale Modesty, another nice puppy with the qualities of 1, only carrying a little too much weight which reflects on the move. PB (2,1) 1 Geeson’s Abydach One Night Only, liked the size of this bitch, has a lovely outline on the move & on the stance, feminine head, lovely length of neck, well proportioned body & angulated quarters, moved out well. Should have a good future. BP. JB (1) 1 Lewis’ Trixhund You Are My World, very elegant bitch, loved her head & eye, good coat & nice body shape, well placed shoulders, good rear action, holding her topline on the move. PGB (3,1) 1 Garlick’s Ranglewood Laurel, slightly larger shaded/r bitch, pretty head, good shoulders & plenty of forechest, ribbing well back, good hammy quarters, moved out well; 2 Cheese’s Suecaseus Desdemona, b/t bitch, more compact in the body than 1, nicely put together, losing her topline on the move which spoilt her overall outline. OB (4) Had some real quality bitches in this class & a difficult decision to make. 1 Dare’s Ch Swansford Nigelladora Darsoms, beautiful bitch full of quality, so well put together, lovely feminine head & dark eye, flowing neck into well placed shoulders, correct angulated front & rear, well muscled, flowed round the ring with power & drive, true fore & aft, never losing her outline, pleased to award her BB & BOB; 2 Geeson’s Abydachs Giving Off Sparks, another well balanced bitch with drive, has all the qualities of 1, just preferred the head of 1; 3 Garlick’s Ranglewood Tempest. VB 1 Garlick’s Ch Ranglewood Genista, b/t bitch of 8 years, pretty head & expression, nicely filled front & well ribbed, good strong quarters, moved out well.
