LONG HAIRED

Presentation and coat condition in some cases left a lot to be desired. Temperaments without exception were excellent. Front assembly in some was very disappointing and a few very straight stifles are creeping in. I would like to thank my two very efficient stewards for their help in making it a very pleasant day.

PD. (5). 1. Halsall’s, Brynalyn Noble Quest for Kiddles. Shaded red. Nice head and eye. Good shoulder placement and upper arm. Tight elbows. Good top and underline. Nice coat. Elegant sound mover. 2. Goodmans’, Rokerpark Just William. Attractive clear red. Good head and neck. Nice front but at present not relaxing into his hind angulation. Plenty of bone and substance. 3. Pimm’s, Rokerpark Jack Morgan.

JD. (1). 1. Furneaux’s, Cairos Astaire. Level topline. Well bodied. Nicely turned behind. Good steady movement. Nice shaded red coat.

PGD. (5). 1. Clarke’s, Tekalhaus Masterpiece. Good headed shaped red. Good shoulder and front. Level topline standing and moving. Nice bone and feet. 2. Negus’s, Shardaroba Rigel by Tarramist. Similar in most respects to winner, but preferred winners hindquarters. 3. Chapmans’, Melminds Mastercopy.

LD. (7). 1. Geeson’s, Abydachs Oh What a Night. Nice head and eye. Good front, top and underline. Nicely bodied and boned. Moved well with a good outline. 2. Wedges’, Dolan no Matter What. Clear head, acceptable front. Nice body and level topline held on the move. Good steady mover. 3. Chapmans’, Melminds Electrical Storm.

OD. (3). 1. Mitchells’, Ch. Bronia Monte Cristo. Immaculately constructed s/r. Has to be handled to see how it all fits. Great showman with enormous ring presence. Beautifully and correctly coated. In superb condition. Moved with extension and drive and elegance. CC and BOB. So very pleased to hear he won the Hound Group. 2. Roberts’, Ch. Swansford Henrikador. Another elegant s/r. Excellent front, level top and good underline. Preferred the hind assembly of winner, but for his other qualities could not be denied RCC. 3. Negus’s, Shardaroba Midnight Sun at Tarramist.

PB. (7). 1. Mitchells’, Bronia Carmelita. Very attractive red. Feminine outlook. Nice head and neck. Excellent front assembly, top and underline. Good ribbing. Free striding easy mover a steady outline. BP. 2. Booth and Elsleys’, Abbalongdat Survivior. Another nice exhibit. Good make and shape. Balanced outline. Nice mover liked her a lot. 3. Chester’s, Rokerpark Margaret Elenor.

JB. (2). 1. Surrells Bokra Jazz. Very elegant good fronted red. Well;l coated. Level topline. Sound mover.

PGB. (6). 1. Geeson’s, Abydachs Dare to Dream. Excellent b/t. Good top and underline. Nice depth through the loin. Good hindquarters. Sound mover. 2. Lawrences’, Peverleigh Polly Rose. Good red. Pretty head, good neck. Nicely bodied. Level topline. Well turned stifle. Good mover. 3. Doanes’s, Abbalongdat Lifes Been Good at Candane.

LB. (8). 1. Booth and Elsleys’, Sarsoms Zarrival with Abbalongdat. Most attractive red. Very elegant. Feminine head. Soundly made front. Nice balance of height to length. Lovely body. Moved well. 2. Lawrences’, Peverleigh Follow the Vision. Good mature b/t. Nicely made throughout. I see she is successful as a mother too. Her daughter was second in PG. Moved soundly and well. 3. Hayes’s, Rodima Dark Crystal Mit Dialhouse.

OB. (3). 1. Mitchell’s, Ch. Bronia Marionette. Soundly and correctly made b/t. Very elegant and feminine. Beautiful balance. In excellent coat and gleaming condition. Not surprised to find she is litter sister to BOB . Super mover. CC. 2. Roberts’, Ch. Swansford Vivadora. Red I have judged before and like very much. Another ultra sound exhibit. Super moved presented in excellent coat and condition. On the day preferred the extra length of winner. RCC. 3. Harwoods’, Kantis Koriander.
