PD (2) 1. Booth Elsley’s Abbalongdat Eagle. 11mth red compact puppy. Workman-like head with pleasant expression. Well place shoulder, adequate length of ribbing, firm top-line held on the moved. Nicely angulated rear, moved soundly. 2. Johnson & Cross’s Africandawns Myles Long. 7 mth B/T Pleasing head with dark eye, good reach of neck, reasonable shoulder assembly with adequate length of ribbing. Top-line still a little soft on the move but still very much a baby; good turn of stifle, moved true fore & aft.
PB (2,1) 1. Miller & Ryan’s Bronia Final Fantasy At Cavallibrook. 10 mth quality red bitch. Lovely size with good ground clearance. Feminine head, reachy neck, correct front assembly with tight elbows. Adequate length and depth of ribbing, firm top-line, nice turn of stifle. Movement rather erratic initially but once settled she moved effortlessly covering the ground. BPOB 2. Booth Elsley’s Abbalongdat Under Attack. 11mth red of larger stamp. Conical head with dark eye. Reasonable front assembly with prominent forechest, sufficient length & depth of ribbing. Firm top-line with rather high tail set, energetic mover.
Novice D/B (2) 1. Booth Elsley’s Raphaela Rude To Abbalongdat. Red bitch with classic feminine head. Nice reach of neck flowing into well placed front, prominent prow. Good length & depth of ribbing. Firm top-line, strong rear, however a tad high in hock. Excellent ground clearance, moved with verve. 2. Cole’s Andromeda Galaxy. Smaller shaded red bitch who unfortunately was carrying a little too much weight which unfortunately spoilt her outline. Sweet head and expression, well angulated front with good ribbing and firm top-line. Lovely turn of stifle with short hocks. Rather unsettled on the move, difficult to assess.
PG D/B (5) 1. Burke & Manston’s Bonavoir Ermintrude. Just loved this unexaggerated red bitch whose only failing was that she was slightly out of coat following a season. Classic feminine head, reachy neck flowing into well angulated shoulder. Tight elbows, prominent forechest, good length & depth of keel. Firm top-line, wonderful turn of stifle with short well let-down hocks. Very true free mover. BB,BOS. 2. Cole’s Pennywise of Derry. 2 yr old dog of taller build. Masculine head, acceptable front assembly but a tad short in upper-arm. Firm top-line, strong rear, excellent ground clearance. Sound free mover.
Open Dog (5,1) 1. Dare’s Darsoms Zocratees. Wow, stunning shaded red masculine dog who just commands the ring and your attention! Classic conical head, correct eye & ear placement. Elegant reach of neck flowing into correctly well-angulated front. Prominent forechest, excellent length & depth of keel. Firm top-line with correct tail-set, wonderful turn of stifle, powerful rear. Glided around ring with great hind extension. In perfect coat and expertly handled to win BD,BOB & BIS. 2. Burke & Manston’s Bonavoir James Hobbs. Quality B/T of different stamp to 1. Classic head, reachy neck, correct well-angulated front, prominent forechest, good length of ribbing. Good strong turn of stifle; lower longer type but top-line held firm at all times. Move true fore & aft.

I would like to thank the committee for inviting me to judge at their show, I thoroughly enjoyed my day. A lovely entry awaited me, with some quality youngsters on show, which bodes well for the future of this breed,
Minor Puppy (6)
Storton’s Dereheath Martini Rosso, 8 month bitch who just had the edge over some younger exhibits in this super class. Lovely outline standing, conical shaped correctly tapering head with correct dark almond shaped eyes, ample neck leading into well laid back shoulders, level topline, prominent forechest. She moved out confidently with head held high & strong rear drive, a little close at front still which should improve as she matures.
Rose’s Kavacanne Tickle my Fancy, close up to winner, compact sturdy well ribbed body, with oval chest, firm topline on move with strong rear action, just lost out on showmanship on the move to the winner, which I am sure will come as she gains in confidence as she matures.

Puppy Bitch (1)
Dance’s Emem Constance Sunshine, although alone a worthy winner, litter sister to my eventual Best Puppy, has many of her qualities, just not the maturity. She has a sturdy well ribbed body, strong neck leading to firm topline, with gently sloping underline, moves out well from her strong rear quarters, with firm action.
Junior (6)
Morris Stargang Peggy Sue at Pennywave JW, what a lovely class, two super bitches vying for first place. My eventual winner a red bitch, well balanced all through, quality conical shaped head tapering to strong muzzle, with correct dark almond shaped eye, well set ears. Head carried proudly on the move, she has excellent forquarters, prominent forechest, with front legs set well under shoulder, Level topline and equally well balanced rear quarters.
Storton’s Dereheath Helen Reddy, half sister to MP winner, and similar in type, just preferred the slightly better front angulation of winner, giving more forward reach on the move. She is pleasing for size, quality head with dark almond shaped eyes, correctly tapering to strong muzzle. Level topline and well angulated rear quarters.

MacFarlane’s Bassodon Minerva, unlucky to be a day out of puppy, standing she appears to be lacking a little in confidence, sinking into her shoulders, on handling she has a strong firm neck, well ribbed body for age, correctly angulated rear quarters. Typical in head with dark eyes, strong tapering well furnished muzzle. Moved out well
Post Grad (8)
Dance’s Emem Summer Sunshine, mature 10month puppy bitch, full of quality, sturdy well ribbed body with prominent sternum, oval chest, firm topline, strong well muscled strong rear quarters, well boned for size yet still within standard, with good ground clearance she moved and showed well for one so young, I had no hesitation in awarding her Best Puppy and delighted to see her take RBPIS later in the day, one to watch in the future.
Clare’s Drakesleat Helen Back to Mabellene, unlucky to meet winner, at 14 months, tapering head with alert expression, strong muzzle, good reach of neck set into well laid shoulders, level topline, moved out well.

Kay’s Kaytian Tempest over Hiati JW, Loved his confidence and attitude, he stood alone when it came to best dog award at the end of the day, but a worthy winner. A masculine yet attractive pale red, balanced muzzle to skull, strong well furnished muzzle with attentive expression. Strong neck set into well laid shoulders, leading to firm level topline, good underline with ample ground clearance and strong well angulated rear quarters. Pleased to award him Best Dog
Clare’s Lordscairnie Love God, smart well coated 2 year old male, with harsh coat & good furnishings, attractive head, balanced, tapering to strong muzzle, strong neck, laid back shoulders, would like more length of upper arm, oval chest and prominent sternum, firm level topline, strong well muscled rear quarters.

MacFarlan’s Granhoward Lilly, 2 year old, stands proudly in outline, typical head with strong muzzle, reachy neck, set into well laid back shoulders, prominent forechest and depth of rib, she plenty of ground clearance and well angulated rear quarters.

2 Price's Samlane Happy As A Lark.Compact size 6 mth sh/red bitch with well shaped head and correct mouth, better length upper arm, well shaped front but would prefer more length of rib; unfortunately unable to assess movement on the day as overexcited.
3 Wheatcroft's Samlane Henry King.
*PD* (4,1) 1 Mason's Teckeltown Something Magic. Elegant 9 mth blk/tan of good
size with conical head and correct mouth, well filled oval front with good bone
and tight feet, would prefer more length to upper arm but well set with good
length of rib; level topline and clean underline moved well and true coming and
going, lovely profile. Very well schooled, wish him wellas he matures. BOB & BP.
2 Hunt's Wolferlow George Brown At Carpaccio. Overall more compact puppy of 9 mths with well shaped head and correct mouth, length of upper arm ok and level topline, would prefer more length of rib and slightly narrow throughout, moved well for age.
3 Wheatcroft's Samlane Henry King.
*PB* (5) 1 Dare's Darsoms Zoe, 11 mth blk/tan of compact size, feminine well shaped head with correct mouth, well filled oval front, shoulder ok but would prefer more length of upper arm, moves well and holds a level topline.
