Correct bite and overall type is pleasing, with a tidy, balanced profile. A neat and confident exhibit with much to like.

A very houndy exhibit, full of classic breed type and character. Displays a correct, harsh coat of darker colouring, enhancing overall presence. Lovely teeth and a correct bite, completing a strong and masculine head. A real hound in appearance and attitude, exuding authenticity and purpose.

1st: 3348 JONES, Mrs Sabrina Ch Bimini Song Sung Blue JW

A dog of lovely size and proportions – just my cup of tea. Presents with excellent forequarters, showing correct angulation and balance, contributing to a strong and functional front.

Maintains a level topline and is well ribbed back, with a clean underline that enhances his compact, balanced silhouette. Altogether a very neat and tidy exhibit, showing true breed type and sound construction.

Handled and presented to advantage, he impressed both standing and on the move. Dog CC, Best of Breed, and well-deserved Group 4.

2nd: 3371 PRICE, Mrs Nora Collidach Thomas Tank

A masculine dog with plenty of presence, though slightly over ideal size and longer in cast, which affects overall balance.

That said, he displays lovely large teeth and a correct scissor bite, and moves out well, covering the ground with purpose and maintaining shape on the move.

A sound and honest dog with quality features and strength, who would benefit from slightly more compact proportions to complete the picture.

  A longer cast male with a pleasing outline, though not the clean underline of the first-placed dog, which affects overall finish and balance. Shows some good breed features and carries himself well.

18-month-old of lovely outline, presenting a balanced and correct silhouette. Displays a good keel and a correct bite, with a pleasing reach of neck flowing smoothly into a well-constructed shoulder and return of upper arm.

Maintains a level topline both stacked and on the move. Moved out really well, showing drive and soundness from all angles.

A promising young dog with excellent breed attributes and plenty of potential. RCC well deserved.

An exhibit of pleasing type with a correct bite and well-aligned teeth. Moved out really well, showing sound, purposeful movement and maintaining shape on the go.

Front construction and topline not quite as developed as the first-placed dog, but still presents a tidy, well-balanced outline with many positive breed qualities.

A houndy young red brindle with plenty of type and promise. Displays a correct bite and a developing, typical head with a pleasing expression.

Topline is coming along well for his age, showing improvement and holding more steadily than in the puppy stage. Presents with a good keel and well-constructed forequarters, offering strength and balance through the front.

A dark brindle of lovely outline, presenting a balanced and breed-typical silhouette. Moved out really well, showing drive and purpose, with good rear action.

Topline not quite as firm as the first-placed dog, and shows a slight softness in the front pasterns, which with maturity may improve. Nonetheless, a dog with many positive features and a confident presence.
