PD (5,2) 1 Coles’ Westonelee One Man. Brindle with a good front, nice head and eye. Well let down quarters, moved well. 2 Wright’s Rotella De La Hoya. Brindle, lovely stood with good legs and tight feet. Moved nervously - the hall was very noisy. 3 Hopgood’s Dunnspitts Wizard of Oz.
JD (3,1) 1 Price’s Samlane Manilow. Smart brindle, lovely to go over. Good head, front and feet. Level topline, another a bit unsure on the move on the day. 2 Moore’s Danvichar Bergmot. Rather out of coat on the day. Good front and shoulders, well angulated quarters. Needs to settle on the move.
PGD (4,1) 1 Punter’s Welcumen Top Hat. Brindle with a good head and eye. First class shoulder placement - a good mover. 2 Cole’s Nordach Toy Soldier at Westonlee. Smaller brindle, good head and rather short in upperarm. Level topline on the move. 3 Marka-Novaj’s Shemby Top Caliber.
LD (6,1) 1 Womble’s Enem Wind in the Willows. Very smart dark brindle. Good front runs into well placed shoulders. Good length, level topline and moved well round the ring. Res CC. 2 Smith’s Dunnspitts Supa Smiff. Another smart brindle with a good head and shoulders. Good topline, well angled quarters. Moved well. 3 Billinghurst’s Nordach Mr Show Off at Jiljac.
OD (9,2) 1 Horswell’s Drakesleat Vincent Van Goff. Typical type, lovely standing and good head and eye. First class shoulders, well muscled quarters, level topline. Moved soundly. CC and Best of Breed, understand this made him up. Also shortlisted in the group. 2 Wilberg’s Ch Kanix Duncan. Another typical type with a good body and outline. Good front, legs and feet. Good quarters which he used to advantage on the move. 3 Baldwin’s Beckel Blueprint.
MPB (6,2) 1 Kugow and Holt’s Waldermeister Nutmeg. A very promising puppy, daughter of the BCC winner. Good head and shoulders, level topline and a free mover. 2 Macdonough’s Vanrich Strathmurrin. Another good puppy, she has a good coat. Coped well with the noise and again a free mover. 3 Clarke’s Foxearth Fragrant Memories at Revlemill.
PB (10) 1 Smith’s Dunnspitts Winnie the Pooh. Dark brindle, really fell for this puppy. Lovely in all parts and a super free mover. Best Puppy. Should have a bright future. 2 Holgate’s Drakesleat Gaysha Girl at Nadavin. Another lovely puppy by the same sire as the winner. Same remarks apply. 3 Blackburn’s Shybu Saffire Perle at Stargang.
JB (9) 1 Marston-Teal’s Lordscairnie Love Actually. Well constructed bitch with a good head and well placed shoulders. Level topline, showed and moved well. 2 Whitehouse and Evill’s Ubu Star of Wanda. Smart brindle, not the front of the winner. Another good mover. 3 Richard’s Wentwood If Only.
PGB (6,4) 1 Cole’s Weststonelee Oh So Rosie. Smart little bitch, good head and eye. Tight feet - a bit unsettled on the move. 2 Oram’s Janjac Moschino at Rosswell. Dark brindle, taller on the leg and shorter in rib. Moved well round the ring.
LB (7,3) 1 Blackburn’s Kanix Hilda at Stargang. A very nice bitch with a lovely head and eye. Good reach of neck, tight feet. Level topline which she keeps on the move. Sound and free mover. Res CC. 2 Dunstall’s Metcroft Haley Berry. Stylish bitch with a good head. Well placed shoulders, good depth of ribbing. Loses her topline on the move. 3 Marston-Teal’s Lordscairnie Fantasy Love.
OB (8,1) 1 Kugow and Holt’s Ch Waldermeister Meadow. A really lovely bitch who made sure she was noticed and with all the essentials. Good ribbing, topline and underline. First class coat, moved round the ring with drive and was a joy to watch. CC. 2 Angear’s Beckel Bountiful for Ridgegrove. Another out of the top drawer. Feminine bitch, lovely head, tight shoulders and a level topline. Moved with ease round the ring. 3 Wilberg’s Stargang Kanit at Kanix.
