MINIATURE LONG HAIRED

Many thanks to everyone who took the time to enter and the sporting way in which you all were around the ringside. MPD . (4,1). 1. Shutt's, Hillstar Brandysnap of Donnadoon. Clear red with the best front assembly here. In good order throughout for one so young. Moved around the ring with great confidence. 2. King's, Maydays Major Event at Kingsdax. Black and tan not as mature as winner. PD. (7,2). 1. Barrow's, Zarcrest Dancing on Ice to Frankanwen. This 10 month old black and cream was born for the showring. He just showed his socks off each time of asking. Super head shape, loved his expression, correct mouth. In good coat with well made front and sound rear with enough angulation. Correct topline held on the move. A joy to go over, I am sure he will finish at the top. BPB, BPIB and delighted to then watch him finish up BPIS. Congratulations. 2. Turner's, Rafthouse Gee Whizz. 11 months old black and tan. Not yet the finish of winner. Well handled to gain the most out of him. JD. (8,1). 1. Gallagher's, Galarhia Icing on the Cake. I can see why you gave him his name. What a lovely dapple. Beautiful type. Sound as a bell with the attitude you need for the showring. Presented in first class condition. A pleasure to put your hands on. Good bone without being cloddy. Well padded feet, well made backend without being overdone in anyway. Covered the ground well. Delighted to award him the RCC. 2. McCarthy's, Nagshall Oklahoma Sunrise. Young red. Just unlucky to meet winner who was in such good form. PGD . (3). 1. Holden's, Sengepabu Saint Valentine. Clear red with the best outline of all in this class. Moved and handled ok. 2. Renton and Brown's, Garbosa Catcha Moonbeam. Clear red not the finish of winner. LD . (10,1). 1. Poole's, Findowrie City Slicker. Red boy super in every way. There really are some beautiful males around in this variety of Dachshund. The most appealing head and eye, correct bite. Scores well in his overall make and shape. The best of coats in first class condition. Handled to perfection. Moved with ease around the ring. 2. Hallet's, Cagebrook Jimy Choo. Shaded red boy who did all that was asked of him. At one with owner at all times. Sound enough with good head and expression. Well made. Just tended to loose topline slightly on the move. OD. (10,1). 1. Brown's, Ch/Am Ch. Rafthouse Raising Hell at Garbosa JW (Imp). This chocolate boy just filled the eye. What a star! The very best of outlines which he did not loose on the move. A pleasure to go over on the table. So well made all through. Correct mouth. Very best of fronts. Lovely feet well padded. The right amount of angulation. Not overdone in anyway. Coat in first class order, correct pigmentation. Correct length to height ratio. Moved around the ring with great attitude. A pleasure to award him CC and BOB. What a thrill to then watch him being awarded BIS. What an asset this male must be for your breeding programmes. I hope you all make the most of him. 2. McAlpine and Walsh's, Ir Ch. Walpines Flamin Red. Beautiful clear red. Another stunner. I really was spoilt for choice. Many of the winners comments apply here. Grand movement to watch. Effortless. I was splitting hairs here and he was just not in full coat but nevertheless well deserved his place. MPB. (2). 1. Roberts and nightingale, Rodima Pollyanna to Denver. 2 Poole's, Findowrie Creme Caramelle. Two 7 month old girls who I am sure will changes places many times. Both at different stages of growing. Just felt winner was slightly more advanced, but not a lot to choose at this time. PB . (2). 1. Turner's, Rafthouse Painted Lady. What a prospect to have in your kennel. Super dapple. Just loved her outline she flowed from the tip of her nose through to her tail. Very sound. Beautiful skull with the most gorgeous eye shape. Thick well padded feet. Beautiful shoulder placement. Good top and underline. Loved her well shaped rear which she used to drive around the ring. Patiently handled to get the most out of her. What a little star. Was delighted to make her BPB and could not deny her the RCC. 2. Barrows', Zarcrest Ice Queen with Frankanwen. Black and cream with such a lot of promise. Good in all departments. Has all the necessary attributes to make it to the top. Just needs a little time. JB. (8,2). 1. Lockett-Walter's, Ralines Summer Storm. Clear red with a very expressive face. Loved her head and eye, so important as it leads itself to that look at me type. Very sound, correct mouth. Well made throughout. Has bags of quality about her but on the day was not in her best dress. 2. Angears', Ridgegrove Ruby Wax. Another red with many of the same qualities as winner. I am sure these two will change places on many occasions, but for me I just felt that Ruby was fuller in eye than winner. PGB. (5). 1. Young's, Willowheath Madonna. Black and tan in full coat. Well boned. Good front, good topline. Nicely made hindquarters. Moved the best in this class. Kept her outline at all times. 2. McCarthy's, Nagshall Puppet on a Strong. Very close to winner. Good pigmentation. Handled well, will change places many times I am sure. LB. (8). 1. Geeson's, Abydachs Angelica. Black and tan with good outline. Loved her head, eye and expression. Enough bone for her size. Handled well on the table. Well made rear which she used to advantage. Moved out around the ring. Loved the type. 2. Young's, Willowheath Frosting Angel. Another quality dapple I always feel this colour works well in this variety as opposed to the Smooths. Sound bitch. Correct mouth. She kept a good outline at all times. OB. (10). 1. Geeson's, Ch. Angelica Absolution JW. Super black and tan in super coat and condition. Loved her head and eye shape, correct mouth. Sound as they come. Enough bone. Very feminine with the best of toplines. Well made rear. Good bend of stifle. Stood on well made feet which she stood four square on. Quite a glamour girl, although the reds usually have the edge in this department. This lady could hold her own with the best of them. Delighted to award her the CC. 2. McAlpine and Walsh's, Ir Ch. Walpines Queens Councel. Ran close to the winner. Well made in all departments. Sound front. Good feet. Correct mouth. Held her shape on the move. Lots to admire just preferred the hindquarters of winner.
