MINIATURE LONG HAIRED - BITCHES

My thanks to the exhibitors for giving me an excellent entry especially as the show was back to back with another breed club champ show. Thanks also to the committee for a job well done, it all added up to a v enjoyable day with a lovely atmosphere.  MP 1 Weltons’ Chelane Royal Courtesan, cream with good limbs, excellent ribbing, positive movement, well presented; 2 Youngs’ Willowheath Cheeky Girl, shaded red v confident young lady, well put together, good bone and substance, just preferred hind action of 1; 3 Shutts’ Streets Ahead At Donnadoon. P 1 Bruge/Rossiters’ Rafthouse Rainbows End Of Creekpit, b/t v solid p pleasing head, good front, well let down behind with nice, meaty thighs, well off for bone, moved with confidence, hope the nose pigment improves to finish the picture, BPB; 2 Crawleys’ Gildax Oberonia At Doujac, smaller than 2, but no lack of bone, good ribbing, plenty of substance, moved well; 3 Pooles’ Arbroath Lady Of Cullins At Findowrie. J 1 Geesons’ Abydachs Attitude, quality b v fem, excellent shoulder placement, good top and under line with sound movement; 2 Brooks’ Lyndarlea Gem Of Nite, v lightly marked s/d, nice type, good head, well ribbed, good top and under line, moved well; 3 Scotts’ Maydays Regal Lady. N 1 Coopers’ Garbosa Tilly The Tinker At Jumanda, good shoulders and ribbing, strong movement, an easy winner here; 2 Edwards’ Barok Merry Breeze, just 1yr old and still v immature but lots to like and has time on her side. PG 1 Boyles’ Zarcrest Gold Legacy, clear red with good head, well placed shoulders, excellent body proportions and well turned stifle, moved well; 2 Halls’ Cliffmere Vanquish, v nice b/t with good shoulder placement, level top and under line, moved well; 3 Holmes’ Tammera Touch Of Elegance. L 1 Wallaces’ Cheslan Makunu Rah, b/c v fem b with good shoulders, prominent fore chest and well let down behind, fluent mover keeping a good top line, RCC; 2 Grahams’ Jadag Fornton’s Continental For Joshelle, similar type to 1, well off for bone, good ribbing, sound coming and going; 3 Macks’ Topgem Susie Q. O 1 Mack/Dunns’ Ch Topgem Louisa May, quality b/t pleasing head, good reach of neck, well placed shoulders, ribbing carried well back, good turn of stifle, moved well with good long stride, CC; 2 Wallaces’ Cheslan Reethi Rah, similar type to 1 and in stance, looked the part but unfortunately was not using herself to advantage on the move, none the less a quality b; 3 Bedfords’ Chriskim Dinki Deedle Dee Of Dinkidudlor. SpO (B/T) 1 Woods’ Wildstar Wilhelmini, compact b/t with good bone and ribbing, prominent fore chest and well turned stifle, moved well; 2 Edwards’ Barok Zola Bella, completely different type to 1, v immature and out of coat but happy young lady enjoying her day out/ SpO (Dapple) 1 Youngs’ Willowheath Silver Angel, nice type well marked s/d good fore chest, well placed shoulders, in good coat and moved v well; 2 Shutts’ Jadag Kadbury Rose Of Donnadoon, choc/dapple well put together and moved v well but not the body of 1 and out of coat today. SpO (AOC) 1 Edwards’ Barok Bonnchere, dk sh/r good front, level top and under line, just a shade more width of ribbing would improve, good mover; 2 Braces’ Xemxja, fem cream who did not like the venue and refused to cooperate with her handler, but a lot to like with good body proportions.

MINIATURE LONGHAIRED DOGS

MP (3) 1 Welton’s Chelane Casper Carrot. Mature clear red with excellent body, in good coat. Perhaps a little thinning on the neck would enhance an otherwise good outline. 2 Bell’s Freddie Ferrari. B/t youngster with good body and only needs firmer handling to show himself to advantage. 3 Burr’s Burrdach Jack in the Box. P (3) 1 Colley & Buchan’s Stainsacre The Riddler. B/t. Particularly liked his forehand, good body, head and eye, BPIB. 2 Norton’s Halunke Just Jervis. Red with good head, eye and body. Just a shade narrow for me at present but maturity should put that right. J (7) 1 Brooks’ Lyndarlea Piper Kris. Cream in good coat and presented in excellent condition, best of temperaments. Good forequarters, well bodied and moved well. 2 Butler’s Maundowne Momentum. Another good one who impressed in body, head and movement.3 King’s Kingsdax Regal Knight. N (5) 1 Brooks’ Lyndarlea Choc Ice. Chocolate with good head and eye, well laid shoulders and good deep chest. Had enough coat for me. A good one. 2 Cooper’s Classidax Paddy by Jumanda. B/tan, longer cast than 1 and just a shade narrow but carrying sufficient body. 3 McCarthy’s Nagshall Polar Seal. PG (7) 1 Brooks’ Dark Night Black Magic at Lyndarlea. B/tan, very good head, eye and ribbing. Well bodied and smart mover. 2 Thomas’ Shenaligh Sweet Tiger. Shaded red, might carry a bit more body but excellent head and neck and moved well. 3 McCarthy’s Nagshall Polar Seal. L (7) 1 Buchan & Colley’s Ebony Night Runner at Hellenium. B/tan who brought the whole package with him. Excellent head and eye, reachy neck and well laid shoulders. Super body with good ribbing and well angled rear. In excellent condition and coat and a really stylish mover. CC and BOB. 3 Cawley & King’s Fizzy Flyer for Summerview. O (6) 1 Boyle’s Zarcrest Black Ice. Mature b/tan youngster with good head and eye, put down in excellent body and condition and certainly one with a bright future. Res CC. 2 Bedford’s Dinkidudlor Broken Booka. Very nice well marked brindle carrying excellent body and coat and smart mover. 3 Young’s Ch Willowheath Del Boy. Sp O Black/Tan (1) 1 Jamieson’s Ch Airwaves to Carlang via Djeata. B/tan. Particularly liked his head and eye and good in all departments, carrying excellent body and coat. Sp O Dapple (2) 1 Brooks’ Lyndarlea Bounty. Nicely marked choc/dapple, excellent body and good head, moved well. 2 Leyshon’s Jadag Silver Heir with Picklescott. Good head and eye. Could carry a bit more weight and wasn’t particularly happy with me today. Sp O Any Other Colour (2) 1 Lyndarlea Choc Ice. 2 Nagshall Polar Seal.
