My thanks to the clubs for inviting me to judge BIS at their show. Special thanks to the breed judges for sending me through such super winners for BOB, BP and veterans – I really did like them all and so it really was a pleasure to decide which was the one I liked the best and I thought I was priviliged to have one of the best breed show line ups I have seen in a while.

The Min Wire BOB very sportingly withdrew, on another day he would surely be a contender.

BIS went to the Smooth, Ch Adnerbs Take A Chance On Me At Raajput. She excels in movement, size and temperament, all of which warranted rewarding with the top spot. She has a super head. Long neck. Well made front with excellent forechest without being overdone. She holds her topline so well. Her head carriage on the move is exactly what the standard calls for and she is in super bloom.

RBIS was the Min Long, Wildstar Washington. When he came into the ring I thought he looked rather raw, and when I asked his age understood why. He has super proportions, excellent construction, long neck, well laid shoulders, lengthy upper arm. V good rear, parallel with good drive. He looks to be the correct size too! Despite looking unfinished his superb construction warranted this high award. He really is a star in the making and I see I have given both his parents a CC. He was also BPIS

RBPIS in very good competition went to the Min Smooth, Marvale Firecrest. Really liked his outline and proportions and he holds that shape on the move. Lengthy neck with good angulations, another with a bright future Im sure.

Best standard veteran went to the Wire, Ch/Ir Ch Aventine Jamica Inn. 10 years old and in great form. He is v well proportioned and balanced, holding a firm topline, in great coat and such a good mover.

Best Min Veteran and BVIS was the Min Smooth Ch Siouxline Rapunzel with Melriding, in great form and was the BOB winner. She is a super b, in great condition, lovely outline, utterly feminine and a super mover. Neither veteran winner would look out of place in the open classes.
